Privacy Policy

We collect the account information you provide (name, email, phone), listing content landlords submit, and payment metadata needed to process M-Pesa unlock transactions.

What we don't do. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Landlord contact details are only revealed to tenants who have paid the unlock fee for a specific listing.

Payments. M-Pesa transactions are processed via Safaricom's Daraja API. We store the transaction status and reference needed to confirm your unlock, not your M-Pesa PIN or full statement history.

Your data. You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting support.
