How does the unlock fee work?

Browsing listings is free. When you find a property you like, you pay a small fee via M-Pesa to reveal the landlord’s phone number and email so you can contact them directly.

What payment methods are supported?

M-Pesa STK Push (you approve a prompt on your phone) or manual entry of an M-Pesa confirmation code if the prompt doesn’t arrive.

Is the unlock fee refundable?

The fee covers access to contact details, not a guaranteed booking. Contact support if a listing turns out to be inaccurate or unavailable.

How do I list my property?

Create a landlord account from the Account tab, or use the Sell page to submit your property for our team to list on your behalf.
